These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SlipTrack, a product of Pilot Grape LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company. By accessing or using SlipTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SlipTrack is a sports bet tracking and accountability tool. It allows users to add bets placed on third-party sportsbook platforms (by importing a bet slip screenshot or by syncing with SlipSync), follow them live, see them graded when games end, share them with friends in Bookies, and ask for an AI Insight on a settled bet.
SlipTrack is not a sportsbook. SlipTrack does not accept wagers, process payments, or facilitate gambling of any kind. All betting activity occurs exclusively on licensed third-party sportsbook platforms. SlipTrack has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or partnership with any sportsbook unless explicitly stated.
Bet tracking features are intended for users 21 years of age or older who are legally permitted to engage in sports wagering in their jurisdiction.
SlipTrack is intended for use by residents of the United States only. Use outside the United States is not supported and may violate local laws.
SlipTrack is provided for entertainment and personal tracking purposes only. Nothing in SlipTrack constitutes financial advice, betting advice, or a guarantee of profit. Historical tracking data does not predict future outcomes.
We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of sports wagering activity.
SlipTrack is currently invite-only, and some features are available only to approved accounts. You can sign in with Google, or with Apple on iPhone. Some versions of the app also offer guest access without signing in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
When you import a bet slip into SlipTrack, you upload an image (screenshot) of a bet slip from a third-party sportsbook. When you use SlipSync, the app reads your bet history from your sportsbook and sends it to us. By submitting this content, you grant Pilot Grape LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and use that content to provide and improve the SlipTrack service, including improving the accuracy of our AI-powered import feature.
You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.
SlipSync opens your sportsbook's own sign-in page inside SlipTrack. You sign in directly with the sportsbook; SlipTrack does not receive or store your sportsbook password. After you sign in, the app reads your bet history from the sportsbook and imports it into your SlipTrack account. What we keep is described in our Privacy Policy.
Connect only sportsbook accounts that belong to you. You are responsible for following your sportsbook's terms. SlipTrack is not affiliated with or endorsed by any sportsbook. A sportsbook may change its website, block access, or restrict or close accounts, and SlipSync may stop working or import incomplete or incorrect bets as a result. We are not responsible for any action a sportsbook takes on your account. Your sportsbook's own records are the authoritative record of your bets.
Bookies lets you create or join a booth with an invite code and share your bets with its members, but only after you agree to share. Members of your booths see your open bets and your overall record, as described in our Privacy Policy. Any SlipTrack user who is approved for Bookies and has agreed to share can join a booth with its invite code, so share codes only with people you want in the booth.
In Bookies you agree not to harass other members, post spam, choose a booth name that is offensive or misleading, or impersonate anyone. You can leave a booth, block a member, or report a booth or member in the app. We may remove a booth, change its name, or remove your access to Bookies or to SlipTrack if you break these rules.
AI Insight is written by an AI model from a third-party provider, based on your bet and your recent settled bets. It can be wrong. It is not betting or financial advice, no outcome is guaranteed, and it is for entertainment only.

All content, features, and functionality of SlipTrack — including but not limited to the AI-powered bet slip parsing pipeline — are the exclusive property of Pilot Grape LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or proprietary technology.
SlipTrack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate at all times. Live sports data is sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed or incorrect.
The live progress, statuses and results SlipTrack shows for your bets are our own tracking, calculated from game and player data. They are not your sportsbook's official settlement and can differ from it. Your sportsbook decides how your bets are settled and paid.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pilot Grape LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SlipTrack, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or financial losses related to sports wagering.

We may change these Terms. When we make a material change, we update the Effective Date above, and the app asks you to accept the updated Terms the next time it can check for them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. SlipTrack complies with applicable state and federal laws and regulations governing its operation across the United States.
